Just got back from being married seven additional times down SOUTH.
This makes 27th wedding out of 50.

This summer, I started out in Chicago, IL. It was everything I had hoped for.
Everyone who agreed to participate prior to my arrival showed, and as a result, turned out to be yet another successful wedding. Thanks to my friend Sara for being a fine matchmaker for Chicago.

In Indianapolis, boy, had I underestimated the power of Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Maybe some of you know it better as “Indy 500”, which is usually held in May. Well, I happened to be there for the July event, Allstate 400. All I can say about it is I was overwhelmed! But with too many cars, traffic, camera, people everywhere I felt like back at home for a city girl like me.

Hotel was completely full for the weekend. But thanks to advanced planning and booking online, I managed to find a room at the Holiday Inn.

Looking back, I should have stayed another night as I came across two of the funniest guys from Austin, TX. They were Croc vendors traveling on business.

Back to my Indianapolis wedding, my videographer named Dave was an angel sent from above. He speaks in "Hoosier." Speedway is one of his passions. Even though he now lives in California with his lovely children and wife, he makes every effort to come out to Indianapolis each year and volunteer his time as a Yellow Shirt. If you don’t know what that means you must look it up. All I can say about it is that being a Yellow Shirt requires you to love everything motor speedway...You have to have it in your DNA as Dave puts it.

My wedding officiant was also a Yellow Shirt. Reverend Richard loves Kimchi, the Korean signature dish. I knew then I loved him even more!

After the wedding, Dave helped me KISS THE RED BRICK ROAD! I felt like
a true race car driver afterward.

I haven’t forgotten my groom, Michael. He was indeed too cute for this project. How can any woman resist? So I married him in that moment. I think our wedding lasted about five minutes.

I have so much more to share but I am going to let your imagination get to work. Thus far, I managed to edit and present you with my Mississippi wedding from THIS SUMMER and two previous weddings from Delaware and Texas. I hope you will sit back and enjoy the show.
